Job summary

VAA LLC in Minnetonka, MN is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to staff within a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment. You will respond to end-user questions, manage tickets, and help deploy hardware and software.

You will support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online, and MFA, while assisting with onboarding, asset inventory, and IT projects in a collaborative, on-site office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of professional IT experience.
• At least two years providing end-user support in a Microsoft 365 and Windows environment.
• Proficient with AD, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint Online.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical assistance to staff for software and hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices).
• Document, track, and respond to IT requests via the ticketing system; escalate when needed.
• Image, configure, deploy, and retire computers and devices; install/upgrade hardware and software.
