Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Technician 2 to support corporate users in Seattle. The role is onsite at Nordstrom's headquarters, with deskside, walkup, and remote assistance.

You will deploy devices, support conference rooms, and document issues in ServiceNow while serving as a mentor to junior staff. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of IT support, strong macOS/Windows skills, and experience with AD, VPN, and M365.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows 11.
• Experience with enterprise IT systems (AD, VPN, RDS).
• Knowledge of M365, Teams, Slack, and cloud services.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+/N+ or MCP) or relevant experience.
• Experience with O365 calendar access and support.
• Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized IT support to Nordstrom corporate users via walkup, deskside interactions and remote sessions.
• Configure and deploy devices (macOS, Windows).
• Provide tier 1 conference room support.
• Document support requests and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Serve as escalation for junior team members.
• Maintain professionalism and customer-focused service.
