Job summary

Nordson Industrial Coating Systems is seeking an onsite IT Support professional to manage incidents and requests from intake to resolution, covering hardware, software, network, and security domains. You will work closely with Service Desk and cross-functional teams to maintain a stable IT environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and PC imaging, with experience in Autopilot and SCCM.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and PC hardware.
• Experience with mobile devices and PC imaging.
• Familiarity with Autopilot and enterprise IT tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, telephony, mobile devices, network, and applications.
• Own IT Incidents/Requests from intake to resolution in ServiceNow.
• Document problems with recurring issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Communicate status and next steps clearly to end users.
• Assist with onboarding, job changes, and offboarding including IT equipment setup.
• Maintain site assets, SCCM client, Windows updates, and AD computers/users.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and other teams to improve IT processes.
