Job summary

Endologix is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician III to be the primary on-site IT resource for the Eden Prairie, Minnesota site, including the office, an R&D lab, and a training center. The role resolves desktop, application, and site technology issues for on-site and remote employees and works with the central IT team to maintain compliant operations.

This temporary position requires strong end-user support, experience with Windows and macOS, Intune and Autopilot enrollment, Active Directory,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of desktop and end-user support experience.
• Experience as sole or lead on-site IT resource for a remote office.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical device, life sciences, or similar).
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+, ITIL, MD-102 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resolution of technical issues with general guidance from management.
• Configure and support Windows and macOS devices including Intune enrollment.
• Manage mobile devices via Intune; coordinate with carriers for issues.
• Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Support remote access and security clients (VPN, Zscaler, AnyConnect).
• Support Teams, Teams Rooms, and collaboration hardware.
• Log and resolve tickets in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus within SLA.
