Minnesota Coaches LLC in Hastings, MN is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain IT systems. This on-site role requires strong customer service and methodical problem solving.

You will handle helpdesk tasks, user access, and basic network concerns, while contributing to documentation and process improvements. A relevant IT degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktops/laptops and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support requests via ticket system, email, or phone.
• Triage, prioritize, document, and resolve helpdesk tickets.
• Provide timely support for hardware, software, printers, phones, and basic workstation issues.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT staff or vendors when needed.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Create and maintain IT knowledge base articles and documentation.
