Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. in Seattle seeks an experienced IT Technician 2 to support corporate users onsite five days a week at headquarters. You will handle walkups, deskside and remote sessions, configure devices, and provide tier 1 conference room support.

Key qualifications include 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of macOS, Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, VPN and remote desktop. You will document issues in ServiceNow and mentor junior team members while upholding Nordstrom values.

Qualifications

2+ years IT support experience.
Knowledge of macOS, Windows 11, Microsoft Office Suite, mobile OS (iOS, Android).
Experience with enterprise IT systems: Active Directory, VPN, remote desktop.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, collaboration tools (Teams, Slack), and cloud services.
IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting O365 and calendar access.
Strong troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity issues.
Excellent communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized IT support to Nordstrom corporate users via walkups, deskside interactions and remote sessions.
Configure and deploy devices (macOS, Windows).
Provide tier 1 conference room support.
Document support requests and resolutions in ServiceNow.
Serve as escalation for junior team members.
Support a positive and collaborative IT team environment and uphold Nordstrom values.
