Responsibilities

• Provide phone support and remote remediation for workstation issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer system problems.
• Provide installations of new software and upgrades.
• Provide installation of Service Packs and security updates.
• Provide onsite support and installations to clients.
• Provide helpdesk support including analyzing and resolving end-user issues.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications

Experience with installing, configuring, and administering technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
