Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer system problems across various technologies.
• Install new software and upgrades.
• Install service packs and security updates.
• Provide onsite support and installations to clients as necessary.
• Analyze and resolve end-user issues.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications

Experience with installing, configuring, and administering a broad range of technologies
