Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions seeks a Lead Onsite Deployment Technician to spearhead hardware deployment projects at client sites across Arizona. You will configure desktops, laptops, and printers, image systems, and ensure deployment standards are followed.

The role demands strong leadership, meticulous documentation, and collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders. Will travel to multiple client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven lead technician or deployment lead experience in IT services.
• Experience with large-scale or enterprise hardware deployments preferred.
• Familiarity with company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/management field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and printers for deployment.
• Lead onsite deployment activities with limited supervision.
• Provide daily project status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for technical issues in deployment and support.
• Assist in training and directing technicians and project resources.
• Ensure compliance with policies and client requirements.
