Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions seeks an Onsite Deployment Technician in Yuma, AZ. This 3‑month contract role covers installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems at customer sites, including data migration and basic troubleshooting.

You’ll support end‑user rollouts with strong customer service throughout deployments. Responsibilities include OS/app setup, PC redeployments, data migration, printer config, and remote/onsite support.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and configuring computer systems.
• Troubleshooting in Microsoft operating systems.
• Data migrations between devices.
• Experience installing network printers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure operating systems, applications, and required software.
• Perform PC redeployments and decommissioning of legacy equipment.
• Connect power, network, and peripherals for full system functionality.
• Migrate end-user data to newly deployed devices.
• Install and configure local and network printer drivers.
• Provide connectivity to customer networks and validate access.
• Deliver hardware break-fix support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Provide basic end-user support on system use and data migration.
• Respond to issues via phone, in person, or remote support.
• Escalate complex issues to Team Lead/PM and document resolutions.
