Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. in New Jersey seeks an experienced Event Production Location Lead – Production Manager to oversee onsite and hybrid event productions for a multinational client. This role drives operations, staffing, and client coordination to deliver high-quality live experiences.

You will lead the onsite team, manage schedules, and coordinate production requirements across live events, streaming, and control room operations, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast operations, audio/visual production, streaming support, or similar production environments.
• 3+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing production and operational support teams; onsite, virtual, and hybrid production environments; scheduling and resource coordination.
• Strong technical understanding of live event production systems, broadcast workflows, audio/visual technologies, streaming platforms, and hybrid event environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise event platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, streaming technologies, and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, coordination, scheduling, and execution of onsite, hybrid, and virtual productions across supported event environments.
• Partner with client Live Event team and stakeholders to coordinate production requirements and readiness.
• Manage AVI-SPL production personnel and workflows within the location; provide escalation and leadership for events.
• Fill production crew positions and provide direct operational support during events as necessary.
