Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Multimedia Production Lead to support a corporate event production facility for a healthcare technology organization. You will serve as the single point of contact across the production lifecycle, plan, produce, operate, and support high-quality live and recorded productions.

As a leading production resource, you will coordinate with client stakeholders, manage the production calendar, oversee technical teams, and ensure operational readiness of the event space and control

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production, broadcast, events or similar field.
• Proficient with industry standard web streaming and encoding platforms and software (Teams/Zoom).
• Strong leadership, organization, detail orientation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary production contact for client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate on production planning, technical approach, and event design for live and recorded events.
• Document best practices for the facility, including maintenance, scheduling, and SOPs.
