Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-person and hybrid event production experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events.
• Excellent communication across all levels, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events, maintaining stakeholder communication and timelines.
• Lead production management, ensuring on-site success and safety.
• Execute events with on-site teams, troubleshoot and coordinate with clients.
• Conduct post-event evaluation and deliverables with accurate metrics.
