Job summary
AVI‑SPL is seeking a Senior Event Production Technician to lead the technical design, setup, and support for onsite, hybrid, and virtual events for a multinational client in the pharmaceutical and biotech space. You will contribute to production strategy, ensure flawless video/audio operation, and manage live show direction.
You will collaborate with production teams, oversee control room operations, and support postproduction needs including basic editing and recordings.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in live event production or related technical environments.
- Experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Strong studio/control room production experience with live systems.
- Knowledge of broadcast workflows, signal flow, and real‑time decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on design, setup, and support for onsite, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Manage show flow, speaker coordination, and real‑time show direction.
- Oversee control room setup, equipment readiness, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with clients and partners to meet production requirements.
- Mentor junior technicians and participate in training programs.
