This role requires directing the live event production team, coordinating with client stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across in-person and hybrid formats. You will manage staffing, workflows, and resources, while maintaining service levels and delivering post-event analyses to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in live event production or related fields.
• 3+ years leading production and operations teams.
• Experience with onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Strong understanding of AV, streaming, and broadcast workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite production teams and ensure high-quality support.
• Coordinate production requirements across live events and hybrid meetings.
• Manage production schedules, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners.
