Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Production Location Lead to guide the onsite production team for a prominent multi-channel retailer and a global technology company. The role emphasizes day-to-day operations, coordination, and execution of onsite productions, partnering with client events teams, and managing staff at the location.

You will also provide direct event coordination support as needed. We value strong leadership, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional event

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in live event production, event coordination, broadcast, audio/visual, and video production.
• 3+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams; onsite, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Strong knowledge of traditional event production, broadcast, and digital equipment.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and communicate complex issues to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite production team for assigned location and ensure high quality production support.
• Collaborate with client events team and hosts to fulfill production needs.
• Manage AVI-SPL staff at the location and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee production scheduling, budgeting, and post-event reviews.
• Provide direct event coordination support for assigned productions and events.
