Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb, Providence, RI, seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology to drive demand for BMS medicines with physicians and medical staff in a field-based role. You will deliver scientific, balanced discussions aligned with labels, while maintaining credibility and a strong customer focus.

You will spend 100% in the field with external customers, building plans, and leveraging CE^3 where available to optimize call plans and outcomes.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience as healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
Demonstrated credibility with key customers and teams in customer-centric roles.
Hematology/Oncology experience required.
Strong selling and promotional skills with a track record of meeting goals.
Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

Promote approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
Engage HCPs with balanced scientific dialogue and clinical rationale for product use.
Develop and implement territory and account plans; use CE^3 tools when available.
Collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders to improve Customer Experience (Cx).
