Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to physicians.
• Experience building credibility with customers and delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).
• Experience in Oncology is preferred.
• Strong account management and selling competencies.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Engages with HCPs with scientific dialogue and data aligned to label.
• Maintains scientific expertise across all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares territory and account plans and uses CE^3 insights for call planning.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to improve Customer Experience (Cx).
• Supports Medical on Call for real-time technical inquiries.
