Job summary

Bristol Myers Sqibb BMS in Providence, RI is seeking a Field-based TAS to drive demand for its medicines through in-depth scientific dialogue with HCPs, prioritizing safety and patient outcomes within a defined territory.

You will build credibility with regional physicians, manage territory plans, and collaborate across functions to deliver exceptional Customer Experience, leveraging CE^3 insights and the latest oncology data.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately and convincingly to help physicians best serve their patients.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers and colleagues through a customer-centric mindset and desire to create differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory or region to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Articulates the clinical and scientific rationale for product use to HCPs.
• Maintains high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Develops comprehensive territory and account plans and uses CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
• Collaborates with field teams to ensure best Customer Experience (Cx).
• Complies with laws and policies governing conduct in healthcare.
