Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Birmingham, AL and neighboring regions. This field-based role requires selling oncology therapies, building valuable accounts, and delivering patient-focused solutions.

The OS will work with a District Manager to develop account strategies, pursue new business, and navigate reimbursement challenges while upholding Johnson & Johnson's values and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information as needed, and achieve their sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business within assigned accounts and call plan directions, develop account strategies with District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources to move sales to the next step and discuss access and reimbursement options.
