Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Greenville, SC and the North/South Atlanta markets. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on growing oncology therapies within approved accounts.

You will develop account strategies, build clinician and payer relationships, present clinical value, and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnights and weekends.
Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical/biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
Demonstrate clinical knowledge and articulate a value proposition to customers, providing information as needed to achieve sales objectives.
Develop account strategies with the District Manager and plan penetration in key accounts.
Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
Use approved marketing tools and resources to move sales to the next step, including in-services or patient identification.
Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
Negotiate sales and close orders to meet objectives.
