Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Knoxville and Nashville, TN. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on promoting oncology therapies within assigned accounts.

You will articulate product value, develop account strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet sales objectives while navigating reimbursement considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
• Willingness to travel including overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge, articulate value to customers, provide information as needed, and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop account strategies with the District Manager and call plans; identify key accounts and penetration plans.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and existing accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and resources; close sales and move to the next step.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
