Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales in preparation for and after the potential varegacestat launch in desmoid tumors.

You will build strong relationships with physicians and office staff, deliver compliant clinical and value-based messages, and collaborate with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to achieve territory objectives. You will work as part of the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large territory, conferences, HQ travel, and some overnight and weekend travel as needed (~60-80%).

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies priority accounts, targets, and call plans.
• Deliver clear, compliant, and compelling clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the desmoid tumor treatment landscape, referral patterns, and local standards of care.
• Track and report territory activity, call metrics, and business results using approved CRM tools.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, compliant relationships with physicians, nurses, and other office staff within the territory.
• Identify and engage local key opinion leaders, sarcoma specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Support compliant company-approved promotional speaker programs, in‑office educational activities, and other healthcare provider engagements.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs; share territory insights with sales leadership.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Conduct activities in accordance with laws and policies; maintain expense reporting and territory documentation.
