Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory-level sales in preparation for and following the potential launch of varegacestat for desmoid tumors.

You will build strong relationships with healthcare providers, execute local brand strategy, and ensure patients and physicians have information and support to consider varegacestat as a treatment option. As a core member of the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large territory (~60-80%).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call plans.
• Deliver compliant and compelling clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers.
• Maintain understanding of the desmoid tumor treatment landscape, referral patterns, and local standards of care.
• Track and report territory activity and results using approved CRM tools.
