Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory-level sales in preparation for a potential varegacestat launch for desmoid tumors.

This role focuses on building relationships with physicians, delivering compliant clinical and value-based messages, and supporting patient access within the territory. You will collaborate with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to ensure a compliant, insight-driven customer experience, while meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel 60-80% within a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call plans.
• Deliver compliant, compelling clinical and value-based messages to healthcare providers.
• Maintain understanding of desmoid tumor treatment landscape, referral patterns, and local standards of care.
• Track and report territory activity and results using approved CRM tools.
