Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales for varegacestat in desmoid tumors. You will develop local strategy, build relationships with physicians, and support cross-functional teams to ensure patient access and informed treatment decisions.

This role emphasizes authentic patient centricity, collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and cross-functional partners to meet territory objectives in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large territory, conferences, HQ travel, and some overnight and weekend travel as needed (60-80%).

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies priority accounts, targets, and call plans.
• Deliver clear, compliant, and compelling clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the desmoid tumor treatment landscape, referral patterns, and local standards of care.
• Track and report territory activity, call metrics, and business results using approved CRM tools.
• Build and maintain compliant relationships with physicians, nurses, and other office staff within the territory.
• Identify and engage local key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Support compliant company-approved promotional speaker programs and education activities.
• Partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to deliver compliant scientific exchange.
• Share territory-level insights with sales leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate expense reporting and territory documentation.
