Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales in preparation for and following the potential launch of varegacestat for desmoid tumors.

You will build relationships with healthcare providers and execute brand strategy at the local level to support patient access and informed treatment choices. You will partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to deliver compliant, insight-driven outcomes across a large U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large territory, conferences, HQ travel, and some overnight and weekend travel as needed. (~60-80%)

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Execution: Achieve or exceed sales goals and develop a territory business plan.
• Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Build compliant physician relationships and engage local KOLs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Conduct activities in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
