Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales in the desmoid tumor space, based in the United States (Nashville area).

You will build relationships with oncologists and healthcare teams, deliver value-based messaging, and support the potential launch of varegacestat while ensuring patient access. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of pharma/biotech oncology or rare disease sales.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel ~60-80%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in the desmoid tumor space.
• Develop territory business plan with priority accounts and call plans.
• Deliver compliant, clear clinical and value-based messages to providers.
• Maintain understanding of desmoid treatment landscape and referral patterns.
• Track territory activity and results using approved CRM tools.
