Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead field-based territory execution in New Jersey and Delaware, driving prep for a potential varegacestat launch in desmoid tumors.

You will build strong physician relationships, deliver compliant scientific messaging, and coordinate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to support patient access. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant promotion, gather market insights, and grow territory sales while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in oncology or rare disease.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytic experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60–80% within a large territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Execution: achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan identifying priority accounts and call plans.
• Deliver compliant, value-based selling messages to healthcare providers.
• Maintain understanding of desmoid tumor treatment landscape and referral patterns.
• Track territory activity and results using approved CRM tools.
• Customer Engagement: build compliant relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Identify local key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
