Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to drive territory sales for varegacestat in desmoid tumors. You will build relationships with physicians, deliver compliant, value-based messages, and support patient access as the therapy contemplates potential launch.

As part of the U.S. Commercial team, you will work with Market Development, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs to achieve sales objectives while maintaining high standards of compliance and patient centricity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech oncology/rare disease sales experience.
• Prior oncology launch experience is highly desirable.
• Prior oral oncolytics experience is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willing to travel 60-80%.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed territory sales goals for varegacestat in alignment with the national brand strategy.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan that identifies priority accounts, targets, and call plans.
• Deliver clear, compliant, and compelling clinical and value-based selling messages to healthcare providers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the desmoid tumor treatment landscape, referral patterns, and local standards of care.
• Track and report territory activity, call metrics, and business results using approved CRM tools.
