Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist to drive oncology product promotion within a defined US territory, including NC and VA. You will present scientific data to healthcare professionals, build credibility, and develop strategic account plans to achieve sales goals while ensuring compliance.

You will collaborate with field teams, stay current on emerging data, and leverage CE^3 analytics to tailor calls and optimize the customer experience.

Formación

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharma/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians for patient care.
• Strong credibility with customers and a customer-centric mindset to improve Customer Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Articulates clinical/scientific rationale for product use to appropriate patients and healthcare professionals.
• Maintains deep scientific expertise on assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 insights to inform call plans and provides feedback to leadership for improvement.
