Qualifications

• Requires advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharma/biotech sales/MSL/HCP experience.
• Must communicate scientific data accurately to physicians.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers and office staff.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and meet sales goals.
• Strong selling competencies and performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications within defined territory to meet/exceed targets.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to HCPs.
• Maintains high level of expertise across assigned products/therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 to derive insights and inform call planning; provides feedback to leadership.
