Bristol Myers Squibb Co seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology for Phoenix North. This field-based role drives demand, engages HCPs with scientific dialogue, and maintains deep product knowledge to support patient care.

You will build territory plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize CE³ to generate insights while ensuring compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in science or related field and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales or MSL roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific data to physicians clearly and convincingly.
• Experience building credibility with healthcare professionals and office staff.

Aufgaben

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet/exceed targets.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to appropriate patients.
• Maintains high level of scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares territory and account plans and executes them.
• Uses CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans.
• Conducts in-office presentations and lunch-and-learns for HCPs.
• Organizes external speaker programs and facilitates scheduling and logistics.
• Keeps up-to-date with emerging data for indications.
• Engages Medical on Call for real-time scientific support as needed.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and shares insights internally.
• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
