Inizio Engage seeks a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support our oncology portfolio across the East, Central, or West territories in the United States. You will advance scientific and collaborative relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders, delivering disease-state education and non-promotional scientific exchange.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD/DO/etc.).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong territory-management and organizational capabilities with travel ability.
• Experience conducting balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.
• Experience supporting medical congresses and advisory activities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on oncology data and evolving standards of care.
• Acquire and maintain high-level scientific knowledge and communicate relevant information clearly.
• Gather, synthesize, and share actionable medical insights with internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support relevant medical initiatives.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and other field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited information requests in a fair, balanced, compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders while maintaining separation from commercial activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting, and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Independently manage a large geographic territory with prioritization of KOL engagement and travel.
