Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support our oncology portfolio by advancing scientific exchanges with key healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. You will foster credible relationships with KOLs, educate on disease states and evolving standards of care, and gather actionable field insights.

The role requires substantial oncology experience or direct MSL exposure, advanced scientific credentials, and the ability to travel across assigned

Qualificações

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1-2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (e.g., PharmD/PhD/MD/DO/DNP/MPAS).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on oncology disease states and clinical data.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal partners.
• Support medical congresses, advisory activities, and field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.
