Job summary

Inizio Engage invites applications for a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support our oncology portfolio and advance scientific relationships with key healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.

The role requires building scientific credibility, communicating complex clinical data, and traveling within assigned territory to engage KOLs and other oncology stakeholders. Candidates should have advanced clinical or scientific degrees and MSL experience.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years of MSL experience in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.
• Strong territory-management, documentation, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role and travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Experience supporting medical congresses, advisory activities, scientific meetings, and other field-based Medical Affairs initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain strong scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology disease states and clinical data.
• Acquire and maintain scientific knowledge and effectively communicate relevant clinical information.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support appropriate medical and educational initiatives.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and other field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific and medical information requests in a fair, balanced, and compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders with separation from commercial activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting, adhering to compliance and safety requirements.
• Independently manage a large geographic territory with prioritization of KOL engagement and travel.
