Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support an oncology portfolio and advance scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders across the East/West territories.

The MSL will provide disease-state education, facilitate balanced scientific exchange, and gather actionable insights for Medical Affairs. Travel across territory is required, with in-person and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1-2 years of MSL experience in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, MPAS, or equivalent).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based scientific expert and execute Medical Affairs strategy in assigned US territory.
• Establish scientific credibility with KOLs and healthcare professionals in oncology.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to Medical Affairs partners.
