Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to support our client's oncology portfolio by advancing scientific relationships with key oncology stakeholders, delivering disease-state education, and gathering actionable field insights across East, Central, or West territories.

As a trusted scientific resource, you will ensure balanced, non-promotional exchanges, collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams, travel extensively within your geography, and help

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years of MSL experience in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required, such as PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, MPAS, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and standards of care.
• Acquire and maintain deep scientific knowledge and interpret communicated information.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights to internal partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and other field-based initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific inquiries in a compliant, balanced manner.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining separation from commercial activities.
