Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in prostate cancer or hematology.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (e.g., PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, MPAS).
• Strong scientific communication, presentation, relationship-building, and insight-generation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a field-based scientific expert and execute Medical Affairs strategy across the assigned territory.
• Establish scientific credibility and trusted relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and other oncology stakeholders.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and standards of care.
• Acquire and maintain high-level scientific knowledge and communicate clinical information effectively.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and educational initiatives.
• Support scientific meetings, congresses, and advisory activities as directed.
• Respond to unsolicited scientific information requests fairly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams while maintaining separation from commercial activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting and adhere to compliance and safety requirements.
• Independently manage a large geographic territory with travel and administrative responsibilities.
