Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Medical Science Liaison to support our oncology portfolio, advancing scientific and collaborative relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals. You will provide disease-state education, gather actionable field insights, and contribute to Medical Affairs strategy in a field-based role across East, Central, or West territories.

Qualifications

• Direct MSL experience preferred or 1–2 years in oncology MSL roles.
• Oncology clinical experience (e.g., prostate cancer or hematology) considered.
• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (PhD, MD, DO, PharmD).

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based scientific expert, executing Medical Affairs strategy within assigned East, Central, or West territory.
• Establish and maintain strong scientific credibility with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Facilitate balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange related to oncology data and evolving standards of care.
• Acquire and maintain high level of scientific knowledge in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical and clinical insights to internal Medical Affairs partners.
• Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and support medical/educational initiatives.
• Support scientific meetings, advisory activities, and field-based Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in a compliant manner.
• Collaborate with internal Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders while preserving separation from commercial activities.
• Maintain timely documentation and reporting and comply with safety and adverse-event reporting requirements.
• Independently manage a large geographic territory with prioritization of KOL engagement and travel.
