Qualifications

• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership and preceptors.
• Strategic planning and development of a comprehensive sales training curriculum.
• Coordinate across matrix teams to align training materials with Sales and Marketing goals.
• Ensure resources meet regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
• Deliver a curriculum including Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
• Manage external vendors and internal staff for training programs.
• Assess training impact using the Kirkpatrick model.
• Adopt innovative technologies to support live and virtual training.
• Engage WW Centre of Excellence to share assets.
