Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Learning Manager - CNCs to lead development, delivery, and evaluation of CNC training programs. This home-office based role collaborates with CNC leadership and cross-functional teams to align learning with oncology objectives and business needs.

The role focuses on building clinical expertise within the CNC organization, delivering role-specific curricula, and ensuring resources meet regulatory standards. Travel for training engagements is required.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN or other advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Hematology Oncology clinical settings: 5 years minimum.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience: 3 years minimum.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC curriculum strategy and training delivery across the CNC learning continuum.
• Collaborate with CNC and cross-functional leaders to align trainings with business goals.
• Develop and deploy CNC training content while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Deliver Train the Trainer sessions and regional training events as needed.
• Measure training impact and drive continuous improvement using feedback and Kirkpatrick model.
