Qualifications

• Hematology Oncology clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting, minimum 5 years.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience: minimum 3 years.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, including curriculum design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC curriculum strategy, development, deployment and evaluation of trainings across the CNC continuum.
• Collaborate with CNC leadership and cross-functional partners to align training with business objectives.
• Deliver and facilitate role-specific training and Train the Trainer sessions as needed.
• Ensure training resources meet regulatory, legal and compliance requirements.
