Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Learning Manager for the CNC organization. This home-office based position leads the CNC training curriculum, creates and delivers content, and partners with CNC leaders to align activities with business objectives in Hematology Oncology.

You will build a clinically-focused learning strategy, evaluate impact using established models, and mentor colleagues to strengthen the organization’s clinical expertise.

Formación

• BSN required; MSN or other advanced degree preferred.
• Hematology Oncology clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting: 5 years minimum.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience: 3 years minimum.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CNC curriculum strategy, development, and evaluation across the CNC learning continuum.
• Collaborate with CNC and cross-functional leaders to align training with business objectives.
• Deliver and facilitate role-specific training and train-the-trainer sessions.
