Job summary

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Learning & Development to build and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training for the Oncology Sales Team. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to translate strategy into effective learning solutions.

You will manage initiatives from development through deployment, oversee the LMS, and ensure content aligns with business priorities in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, clinical, and commercial information into engaging learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) like ACTO or Veeva-based workflows.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, or similar tooling.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and commercial field technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continually improve onboarding curricula for Oncology Sales Team hires.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop learning programs and workshops.
• Manage learning initiatives from development to deployment with timelines and stakeholder needs.
• Oversee the Learning Management System to organize and deliver content to diverse learner cohorts.
• Maintain training materials through review processes, including approvals and curriculum updates.
• Collaborate with field leadership to identify needs and gather insights for reinforcement.
