Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Horsham, PA seeks a Commercial Learning Portfolio Partner, Oncology to shape learning experiences for Oncology field teams across Hematology, CAR-T, GU, and Lung. You will translate science and business developments into practical curricula and onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness and performance.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or a related field (BA/BS or equivalent). Preferred Advanced Degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, NP)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated track record in field medical or commercial field teams.
Experience in Oncology (Hematology, CAR-T, GU, Lung)
3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

Responsabilidades

Partner with Oncology SMEs to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
Translate scientific, clinical, and business developments into clear, practical learning experiences.
Lead the development and evolution of curricula that support field commercial learning priorities.
Implement onboarding programs that accelerate field readiness and speed-to-impact for field commercial initiatives.
Deliver blended learning solutions across formats (instructor-led, virtual, experiential, social, and self-directed).
Support time-sensitive business updates across JJIM commercial initiatives.
Foster collaboration and consistency across JJIM learning programs.
