Bachelor's degree required; Doctor of Pharmacy or Master’s preferred; 5-7 years of biopharma or regulated environment learning experience; proven leadership and team-building skills; expertise in adult learning strategies and multi-modal training delivery; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and AI tools.
