Job summary

IDEAYA Biosciences Inc is seeking a Senior Oncology Account Manager to lead launch and adoption of darovasertib in a designated US territory, including academic and community oncology accounts. The role blends scientific rigor with strategic account leadership and requires strong payer and access insight. Location: Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or biological sciences or related field required.
• Experience engaging in high-level scientific dialogue with healthcare professionals.
• Proven ability to manage complex oncology accounts and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, and darovasertib's mechanism.
• Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level strategies for product utilization.
• Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists and ophthalmic specialists.
• Translate complex clinical data into compliant, compelling education for stakeholders.
• Lead pre-launch and launch activities aligned with national brand objectives.
• Identify and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services for account support.
• Provide insights to inform brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
• Utilize analytics to optimize resources and account prioritization.
• Ensure CRM and expense processes meet timelines and guidelines.
• Maintain regulatory and ethical standards in all promotional activities.
• Travel ~80%.
