AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager, Incentive Compensation Oncology Franchise A to lead and optimize the sales incentive program aligned with franchise strategy. The role covers design, fairness testing, pay curve evaluation, SPIFF modeling, and field education, with occasional analytics leadership for field deployment initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years of Incentive Compensation design and administration experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, administration and validation of comprehensive sales incentive programs including contests and special incentives.
• Develop and refine incentive programs based on strategic business objectives and cross-functional input.
• Collaborate with compensation vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, validate programs, implement changes, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Assess special incentive requests for alignment, feasibility and resource impact.
• Communicate program changes to relevant teams and validate ongoing payouts and eligibility.
• Stay current on industry compensation trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Guide cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment to analyze program performance and develop new field incentives.
