Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum 2 years in Incentive Compensation design and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and validation of comprehensive sales incentive programs.
• Analyze incentive compensation outcomes and provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with compensation vendors and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, payouts, and reporting.
• Guide cross-functional teams in matrixed environments to analyze program performance and drive improvements.
• Stay current on industry compensation trends and leverage AbbVie AI tools to improve processes.
